By clicking and completing the “Client Intake Questionnaire” you acknowledge that the attorneys of JSDC LAW are not your counsel until a formal engagement letter has been completed and secondly, JSDC obligation to maintain the confidentiality of any information you populate is effective if we agree to represent you, but not until then.  We are not permitted to represent any client in a matter adverse to you even if the information you submit to us could be used against you in that matter and therefore, an attorney client relationship does not become effective until we complete a conflict check and an engagement letter.
