Alexis M. Miloszewski concentrates her practice in all areas of family law. Attorney Miloszewski has aggressively represented both male and female litigants on such sensitive issues as divorce, custody, grandparent’s rights, relocation, spousal and child support, adoption, guardianship, protection from abuse and related domestic issues.
She is trained in Collaborative Law, an alternative dispute resolution process that permits spouses to work with their lawyers and other family professionals to negotiate a private settlement that best meets the specific needs of both parties and their children without the underlying threat of litigation.
Attorney Miloszewski earned her Juris Doctorate at Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where she was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Attorney Miloszewski serves on the family law advisory committee for Dauphin County. She is a member of the Dauphin County Bar Association, Family Law Section, for which she served as Chair in 2017. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Family Law Section. Additionally, Attorney Miloszewski serves as an associate in the William W. Lipsitt American Inn of Court.
