Edward P. (Ted) Seeber, a partner with JSDC Law Offices, is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Widener University School of Law. Admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania state courts and the Middle District Court of Pennsylvania, Ted is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Pennsylvania Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Elder Law Section and Real Property, Probate and Estate sections of the Pennsylvania, Cumberland and Dauphin County Bar Associations.

At JSDC, attorney Seeber’s practice focuses on the areas of elder law, nursing home planning, Orphans’ Court litigation, estate planning, estate administration as well as business planning and representation. He is also a member of the Central Pennsylvania Estate Planning Council. He also served as a clerk to the Honorable John T. J. Kelly, Jr., of the Pennsylvania Superior Court.

Ted is active in the community and speaks to many different groups regarding Elder Law issues and Estate Planning issues.  He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Mohler Senior Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

Ted is married with four children.
