Jessica E. Smith

Jessica E. Smith, an attorney with the firm, is a graduate of Wake Forest University. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from American University, Washington College of Law. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania courts.
Jessica E. Smith focuses her legal practice on all areas of family law. She represents clients in divorce, custody, and child support cases. Her practice also includes adoption, grandparents’ custody rights, relocation, and protection from abuse cases. She has been trained in divorce mediation and collaborative law, and she is a member of the Collaborative Professionals of Central Pennsylvania (CPCP). Attorney Smith has been appointed by Dauphin County to serve as conflict counsel for parents in juvenile dependency and termination of parental rights matters.
Attorney Smith earned her Juris Doctorate from the American University Washington College of Law in Washington, DC. She received her undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC. Attorney Smith currently is the President of the Junior League of Harrisburg and is a past member of the YWCA’s Junior Board. Thanks to her twin boys, Attorney Smith is also a member of Keystone Mothers of Multiples (KMOM). Attorney Smith is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania state courts, as well as the U.S. District court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Dauphin County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
